It's about time to enjoy spring

After a very cold and snowy winter in Maine, we welcomed our first guest May1, 2015.  As a very good friend mentioned to me you need to be "hearty" to live in Maine in the winter.  We don't mind being called "wimpy".  As many might know we spend our off season time with our precious family in a warmer climate.  Our lifestyle is amazing because we spend quality time with our guests in the spring, summer and autumn and quality time in the slow season with our sons and our amazing grandchildren.

This year we discussed some other breakfast options for our guests that would include a healthy, gluten free alternative.  So now we will be offering fresh, organic fruit/green smoothies as an alternative to our standard homemade breakfast or for those with a early morning departure a smoothie to-go.

We are offering two vacation packages this year as well, Saltwater Farm Cooking Class and an Inn to Inn, Sea to Shore package coordinated with the Whitecedar Inn in Freeport, Maine.  Please refer to our Specials page for details.

The inn looks amazing and the daffodils / tulips are starting to bloom.  Madie, our golden, is loving Maine.  Spring and early summer can be a perfect time to visit Maine.  Please look over our website and call us so we can help you plan your Maine vacation.  We hope to welcome you soon to our little B&B by the sea.
